Any Home Bakers Here?

How did your crust turn out, have you had a chance to try it yet?
The pie is in the oven! This is the first pie crust I ever made that I could just lift off and put in the pie pan! Took a while to roll out because it was harder than the hubs of hell but I didn't mind. The proof will be on the plate!

Summer seems to have settled in here. Had some cool temps Sat so baked up enough sourdough buns to hold me for a while. So, does anyone have some good recipes for stove top or grill breads? Also, looking for microwave cookies/brownies/cakes. Saw a microwave brownie recipe on facebook, but it was a bit confusing. Recipe was straightforward enough, until it got to the baking instructions. Said to put half the mix in the pan, makes 6, then not another word about the rest of the mix?!! You would assume the recipe is for two batches, but then that would make 12 not six. I might try it anyway. Will be getting desperate for anything that doesn't require turning on the oven soon enough!

For 3, 2, 1 cake, you combine one box of angel food cake, and one box of any regular cake mix in a container. After mixing the powders, you can transfer to mason jars for easy storage in the pantry.
Mix:
3 Tb mix
2 Tb water in a bowl or mug
1 minute in the microwave.

Pie is out! Crust is a little soggy on the bottom but the top was nice. I baked it on a pizza pan to save my oven but I’ll have to
