Any Home Bakers Here?

Obviously I have not read this whole thread so sorry if it was a repost. I live in a rural area where week long power outages occur every 2-3 years and being able to make a good soft chewy bread on a camp stove comes in very handy.
It is fine! and I like the tips.

I only check to see if I need to add the recipe to the Google doc.

Just in case I didn't already say so, welcome to the Home Baker's thread! All tips, recipes, etc. welcome!

Wow! I love cooking and baking, but I am so busy I normally just make a few blueberry muffins.

Welcome to you too! Next time you make muffins, come show us a picture of them :)

Just pulled up the spreadsheet. Wow! That is a whole lot of recipes! I may have to try a couple of the easy ones. Bread making isn't my strong point so I stick to 3-4 super reliable recipes. :)
I seem to do that too but have been trying some new ones.

Baking season is coming up with the cooler weather too
