Any Home Bakers Here?

I baked a loaf of Challah yesterday. The braiding looked right when I did it but it sort of pulled apart in the oven. Still tastes good though!

We like French Toast made from Challah, so it won't go to waste

No baking today...Tomorrow 2 Loaves of Sourdough Multigrain Bread.
And Saturday....baking for family coming to visit. I usually bake several
loaves for them to take come....probable one White and One Multigrain.
And all the eggs we have in the refrigerator go home with them too.
Our 4 Chickens are laying....and our one Easter Egger wants to hatch ...
she is always sitting. Aria
