Any Home Bakers Here?

Our main store is still a mess too, but then it's always seemed kind of haphazard on how they replenish the shelves. You can pretty much count on not finding everything you need.

Husband could NOT find Oven Cleaner. Aria

After spending 2-3 days in the fridge, my dough for two sourdough loaves are on the counter. I've finally got time to bake them today. With all that time in the fridge, I'm hoping for more of the sour flavor!

In the store last night, no Dutch cocoa or espresso pwd. The baking aisles are still a shambles here so will have to order online I think.

I got my last supplies from Amazon I went with Ghirardelli and it's worked well. I started out with Penzey's but you need to take out a mortgage for it and I didn't really see a lot of difference in the two. For espresso powder we got Delallo and it works well.

Well yeah! Had I put the knife down and pulled the scraper out of the drawer I would have lost maybe 3 to 5 seconds. You can’t get that time back!

Super. Worked cutting for Fall and upcoming Winter some of my plants.

Bread Slicer arrived from Amazon. NEAT. I had baked a round Sourdough and we cut it in half and then sliced it. Worked FINE. Love it.
