Any Home Bakers Here?

With all the problems occurring around covid and this crazy weather plus all the worries we all have with our relatives, it's only natural this will have an impact on our food intake and sleep. Please make sure you all eat a well balanced diet, it is essential to be able to keep ontop of all that is thrown at you. As for sleep I am adding this article in hope it can be of bennifit. GOOD NEWS....called the hospital this morning and asked if Floyd could have visitors....They said YES. He did not have the Covid-19 virus and
could have visitors. Aria

Well, 20lbs chopped and in the pot on the stove! I can't believe how many seeds are in these little apples. Kitchen is smelling good :D

Does anyone use a food mill (?) to extract juice and let the sediment settle overnight? I know it says in the book to let it drip it, but I thought if I did that I could get more juice out of them. Might change the flavor, though?

Nice looking apples Meg! Sounds like you're working hard.

Sorry, I don't have or use a food mill. Hopefully @rjohns39 or @ronott1 or someone can help you out.
