It tastes okay, but I’ll use a different recipe next time.

My first experiment with: Seeded Multigrain Bread NEW RECIPE
1 3/4 cup old fashioned Oats 3 cups boiling water...
add3/4 cup brown sugar 2teaspoons kosher salt...let cool add 2 1/2 teaspoons years
2 tablespoons avacado oil
3 cups Bread Flour
2 cups whole wheat Flour
1 cup seeds: combination chia, sesame sunflower pumpkin flax meal
Mix all in a large bowl. Place in a warm place to rise till double (1 1/2-2 hours. Additional 1/2 cup of mixed seeds roll dough in seeds(wet your
hands and little loaves). Rise to top of tins in warm place. About 1 1/2 hours. Bake 425 oven 10 minutes.....350 oven about 35-40 minutes.
Note: I divided dough in two pieces. Used to large tins. Next time

I finally tried the cake itself a bit ago. :oops: Apparently I don’t like homemade cake anymore. That was at least the third cake I’ve made, and disliked. I liked the box cake from two birthdays ago though. :confused:

I’m making NFC‘s pizza dough today for a friend who’s going through surgery. I will post pictures of the pizza when it’s done.

on an off-topic note, how many of you played marbles when you were kids? Specifically ringer.

I recently started getting into playing ringer marbles, and it’s very fun and challenging.

Im just curious.
