I made the fruit loaf, I changed the recipe slightly adding cinnamon and did half more ingredients to make two small loaves.

I used my new 1lb loaf tins too.

I have used oil in cakes. They are usually more moist than with butter.

Still working on cinnamon rolls first rise like tripled the recipe
