So just add sugar and cover it with pastry :)

I also add cinnamon, cloves and ginger and a pinch of salt. Some canned milk (condensed milk) and eggs makes it like a custard. And for pumpkin (or sweet potato) the pastry is on the bottom only, no top crust.

Thanks to our baking gentleman Ron I found out that we can make a sourdough from whole wheat and pineapple juice.

This morning we had pineapple for breakfast and I saved a little juice and added added Tropicana pineapple to, then mixed a 50 50 mix with wholemeal. So fingers crossed it will start soon. They was a bubble in the jar before I even covered the jar. :)
