I inherited this muffin tin it’s heavy duty and sturdy, I was not going to keep it at first because it’s a 24 but it’s really nice. Today will be the first time I use it.

WELCOME...my 2 Butterflies. This is a group that you
will be proud to be a part. They take care of chickens....bake and have fantastic recipes to share.
AND very supportive. They are special people. Aria
Thank you! I’m sure I will:) This site in general has been a wonderful place to come for advice, support, sharing, and just conversation. 😊
That sounds delicious but I don't have cream cheese, i'll do that another time. I want to put chocolate chips in half of them.
That’s how I make mine😁 At least half need chocolate chips.

Sounds good to me Jared!!

Weather Wise...NOT GOOD ...We have wind and a light blanket of SNOW. Late March.
It should be more Spring Like.
I don't know about where you live but here we call that kind of weather "Spring".
We have 2-4" of snow today, it won't go much above freezing (if at all) the next 2 days. Not unusual in April. It was 60°+ last Thursday.

It's been in the 70's and 80's here which is very pleasant as the humidity is still low.
Enjoy it while it lasts!

Apparently, my rabbit dug a tunnel and I didn’t know about it. While I was walking, part of it collapsed and I fell.
Here that would be a woodchuck tunnel. I had one collapse under me in the barn alley a few years ago. Darned dangerous! I gather people used to shoot, or hire someone to shoot, them. They would tunnel in the pastures and cattle would break a leg when they fell through.

Turned out much better today.
It certainly did!!

I’ve made bread many times but never tried the dough setting. So glad I finally did! My hands are bad so making bread dough takes a lot out of me. Now I get to make some of my favorites with hardly any effort on my part!
I have the same hand problem, no bread machine. But the dough hook on the Kitchen Aid mixer works well. If you make something like the Champlain bread (it is in the index) you don't knead it at all, stretch and fold. That isn't hard on the hands (at least not mine).

And saw the still-warm heels off of said loaf of bread and put on so much butter you have eat it over the sink because butter runs down your chin.
Shhhh, don't tell my sister-in-law!!! She loved ends but I refuse to cut the bread until it has cooled or it is much harder to cut later if you whack the ends off warm.

Definitely keep it!! Old, heavy duty and sturdy beats the heck out of new, light and flimsy. No one says you HAVE to fill all the holes :D
