I did not bake yesterday....I made vanilla ice cream!

Now yer talkin’! Expected 110 today! No baking except I’m hoping my chickens don’t self baste! All kidding aside I have ice blocks ready, I wet their holes down and I have a mister thing on my hose I can use if needed!

Root beer float are very refreshing here in the summer!

We are at 102 today and 106 tomorrow. We will go down to the 90s on Wednesday.

Did lots of errands today, no baking. Currently trying to revive a tired out worker bee.

ETA: It flew away! I was being very careful, as I am allergic to bee stings, but it drank honey water and apparently is back to normal.

I am making a lopcile thing. It's peanut butter rolled in coco powder, then put in the freezer for a few hours! I will update on how it tasts!

What is a lopcile? I tried to google, and it "knew" I meant popsicle. ??

Anyway, peanut butter rolled in cocoa powder sounds good! To me, peanut butter and chocolate in any form are soul mates. Add a little caramel... oooo.....
