THe fillippino's especially on the west coast, had a fish oil, if i remember the brand name it was 4 elephants or something. Fish oil is NOT a nice thing and generally ONLY popular during the wog contests, so the elephant sweat for the soi might have been a spin off of that, im guessing.

It tastes good, still cant get my bread to rise very much. Think I need a mixer. Maybe one day.
