Any Home Bakers Here?

My starter is Genesis and I have some rye flour in it too along with white and water. And I have added ACV once to give it a boost. I use it weekly and feed it weekly. Sourdough is our favorite. Aria
Mine is mainly rye with only once brown wheat added. He/she is still going from when you got me started on the second sourdough :)
 
Not baked today but cooked a lovely meal.
Dark lentils red lentils okra and shard. All spiced up, then cooked my rice in the same pot which add a nice colour and flavour too it. There's another portion for tomorrow

So I feel really nourished :D:drool
That sounds so good Marie! I love red lentils, and okra…and chard.
