I am getting ready to make some banana bread.

I need some help with the substitution of granulated sugar to brown sugar.

Thanks in advance for the help.

From Better Homes & Gardens, "How to Substitute Sugar for Brown Sugar. In a pinch, white sugar in an equal amount will work fine as a brown sugar replacement. If you have molasses on hand, our Test Kitchen suggests this alternative: For 1 cup brown sugar, use 1 cup granulated sugar plus 2 Tbsp. molasses. Stir together and use according to your recipe."

Making yogurt tomorrow! I found some packets of yogurt culture I bought during lockdown, and they're still in date, so why not use 'em? I recently found out I'm allergic to milk fat, so I'm grabbing some skim milk from the farmers' market tomorrow morning.

How do y'all flavor your yogurts? My favorite is chocolate
