When I make caramel sauce in the Instant Pot, I pour it into a pint canning jar. Here's what I have on my recipe card.

Pour 1 14oz can of sweetened condensed milk into a pint canning jar. Cover with a canning lid/ring.

Put jar on trivet in IP. Add water to above the line of the milk, but below the ring.

High pressure for 20 min. Quick pressure release. Using jar lifter, remove the jar (lid will seal) and allow to cool.

If you use a longer time, it will be thicker. I've never done it longer than 20, but I have written down that 35 minutes makes it more like a peanut butter consistency.

I can fit up to 3 jars in my IP. Why would I ever do fewer than 3?
Sounds good. Makes me wish I had an IP!

Phaedra's baking is always amazing! I want to know how she shaped those beautiful bagels! 😳
Thanks, i used the lazy method --

1. Cut them into the right size you want (under 100g per portion is quite ideal, more than that will be a bit too much unless it's the main food for a meal)

2. Shape them into balls

3. Make a hole in the center and enlarge the hole gradually until your hand can get through (it will shrink later back to normal size), i also see people did this with a proper sized bottle.

I have found a video, please take a look :D

🤣 I have often had a "half-empty" glass, or even a plumb-empty one. Other times it's overflowing, lol. Joys of bipolar! Then somebody told me the glass is always full, no matter what! It's just partly full of water (or whatever) and partly full of AIR. And as long as I have plenty of air, I'm breathing, right! And that's a good thing. @BullChick, I don't know your story, background, situation or what you're going through, but I'm here for you. Whatever you feel is OKAY. No guilt, no blame. Pm me if you want. :hugs I'm not good for much, but I can listen.

I really understand what you are talking about.

Goodness, I misspoke again. I was trying to say to Aria that she’s not alone. I was not whining.

I never thought you were whining.

I was trying to give you some support.

I am a good listener and if you need somewhere to discard your feelings PM me.
waay too hot! got dinner in crock pot--chicken cutlets, mushrooms, onions, cream of mushroom soup. Will make rice

I have a substitution soup base that I use when it calls for Cream of Soup.

If you would like to have it let me know.

Alright folks, I'm getting a hurricane Sunday night/Monday. What should I bake for the occasion?

I think I'd bake something from Mardi Gras.
Embarrassed Shame GIF

I don't like cheesecake

Each to his own.

@N F C Did it taste as good as it looks? :drool

Bet it would make a great grilled cheese sandwich!

I like it, it has a nice nutty taste and the minced apple seem to have sort of melted into the bread so it's moist.

This morning I had a slice with some melted cheese on it for breakfast, it was good.
