River buffalo. They are commonly kept in India, you would probably have to import one Supposed to be higher fat content than cow milk, probably make great cream.

I ment that maybe theres something like Lurcher in the mix.

Hallo Bakers, hope you doing fine. I just baked one no-kneat bread this morning, really love how simple but flavorful it is. Another dough is in the fridge now, tomorrow we will also have some fresh bread.

Didn’t bake today. Father, brother, and sister were stranded 2 hours away because the car broke down. I had to drive to go and get them. Took up most of the day.

I need to feed my starter, I’ve been putting that off.
