Of course I'll share the recipe although I got this from IgorsMistress.

CRUSTLESS QUICHE Yield: 2 Quiches

For each egg I'm using I add half cup of milk, cream, half and half. In this case it was 4 eggs per quiche and 2 cups of liquid, I like half and half or a mixture of a bit more cream than milk because the custard comes out better than with just milk.

8 eggs
1 lb. bacon, cooked crisp
1 lb. asparagus, steamed
2 cups shredded cheese
4 cups of liquid

Bake at 350 degrees F for 45 to 50 minutes. The center should be slightly jiggly when you take it out into each

Mix one quiche at a time.

Grease pie plates and crumble half the bacon into each, top each with half the asparagus and sprinkle on the cheese. Whisk together eggs with half and half, I did this separately for each pie plate so I didn't over fill them. Pour the liquid over the fillings, sprinkle with salt and pepper

You can use any cheese you like. I've used gouda and swiss both are very good.

If you stick to the egg to liquid rule you can use any fillings you like. Ham, cheese, and a little wilted fresh spinach is really good too. I'm lazy so I tossed in the asparagus whole.

Last night I used cut up ham, broccoli, and red pepper pieces. I did not steam any of the vegetables. It was great.
