Does the starter smell sour?

No but smells really nice now, it's made me hungry.
I poured off that liquid it didn't look like it would do any good and then fed it.

I made a mistake.

So right now it's covered with a cloth and placed in the oven. I will feed it again in the morning

Bakers good afternoon one and all!

I was late coming back from a physician's appointment yesterday.

My husband ask if I wanted to bring home supper.

I told him NO and ask him to get the ham and spinach Quiche from freezer.

When I got home all I had to do was set it in the oven then turn the oven on and let it cook, of course, dinner was fantastic.
