Any Home Bakers Here?

With a new starter, after you see the liquid on top, it is time to start replenishing twice a day. usually you will want to do this for 5 days or so and then it will be ready to use and or seal and put into the fridge.
:( I made a mistake.

So right now it's covered with a cloth and placed in the oven. I will feed it again in the morning
 
Bakers good afternoon one and all!

I was late coming back from a physician's appointment yesterday.

My husband ask if I wanted to bring home supper.

I told him NO and ask him to get the ham and spinach Quiche from freezer.

When I got home all I had to do was set it in the oven then turn the oven on and let it cook, of course, dinner was fantastic.
