I forgot to post a pic of the crumb in the first loaf of this new recipe I made! It’s a bit wet since I use a 100% rye starter but I’m very happy with it, considering that it’s a no knead bread.

I’ll post the recipe for the bread in a bit, maybe it’ll work for you? I struggled with getting a good open texture for months, and I think messing with the dough less definitely helps.That is AMAAAAZING!View attachment 2906556
