Any Home Bakers Here?

I have a bread making book and according to them weighing the ingredients for bread making is preferred and optimal.
I have a cake recipe (it is a coffee cake that uses yeast as its leavening) that if I use cup measurements - it can be dry as dust, but if I weigh the flour it is always delicious.

Only Obersavtion I have. King Arthur recipe calls for 350 oven Most bread is baked 425 minimum.
It depends on the type of bread. Bread with eggs and milk in it are baked at the lower temperature.

Baking bread with eggs and milk and the amount of sugar in it might catch on Fire...like I did my toast yesterday. The sourdough slice toasted to a light color. The milk bread had coals in it and smoke coming out of the taster oven!

Check most roll recipes, they usually have eggs and milk in them and bake at 350f usually
