Any Home Bakers Here?

Dang, I have to wait for it to cool. It's taller than the first loaf, so I'm calling it better than the first one too.

I have a couple of changes I want to try, and one is to double the recipe, as it's a small loaf. The other is to use a bit more water, as the dough seemed dry.

Or just try the other recipe.
 
Actually have two pies baking the blueberry is now done.
The mincemeat is in the oven but Better half is the only one that eats it.
I eat mincemeat pie but it is a really long time since I had one and even longer since I made one.

It was very hard to wait for it to cool, but it was worth every bite!

That looks delicious! I will have to scroll back to see what recipe you used.

I won't be baking until Friday. Even then I think it will just be some simple cookies.
