Made some chocolate oatmeal chocolate chip cookies Monday evening. I used Reeses peanut butter chips instead of chocolate chips. I have a hard time staying out of them.

A good friend of mine has TERRIBLE kidney stones. He tries to avoid foods with oxalic acids. Nuts, dark greens, and I'm not sure what else.Water, lots and lots of water. And use it as a prophylaxis so the kidneys don't have to work as hard and enough fluid washes through that the stones don't have a chance to get big.

Someone suggested lemon juice in water, and I think sour cherry juice is suggested for kidney stones too.
