Since I have some lemons that need using, I'm thing of baking up several loaves of blueberry lemon bread.
One for now and several to freeze.

Plus I need to feed the SDS. Am waiting on kiddo to decide between sourdough pancakes again, or sourdough bread/focaccia.

Blueberry lemon bread in the oven now.

This should be an interesting experiment with the middle pan being silicone. Not normally good for baking bread but I needed a third pan.

Just remember spring is right around the corner.

"The" corner. Like there's only one. I've been around soooo many corners, looking for spring that I feel like I'm lost in a maze!

Making bone broth today. DH is gone for the next week, so I'm doing all kinds of projects. He hates the smell of bone broth cooking, so I do it when he's not around. He also grumbles when he's looking for something in the freezer, and the first 4 bags he picks up are bones and veg scraps for making broth.

I'm planning to "eat from the larder" this week. See if I can go a whole week without having to buy groceries. I'll go to the store a week from today to get anything we've run out of, before he gets back on Sunday.

Same here My best layer, the RSL, hit two and stopped laying, unfortunately, but I’m still getting ~4ish eggs a day.
