2 cups fresh or frozen cranberries
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup Sucralose
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Sucralose
3/4 cup butter, softened
2 eggs
1 cup flour
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Place the cranberries in a buttered, 10-inch pie plate. Sprinkle the sugar and walnuts over the berries.
Cream the butter with the sugar. Add eggs and mix until creamy. Add the flour to the mixture, lightly tossing with a fork.
Spread the topping over the cranberry mixture and bake for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm with whipped cream.
My Danish grandfather had several large clay kettles in the cook house/BBQ house (seperate from the regular house and kitchen) and loved using them during nicer weather. He was a fantastic cook and grillmaster. I remember growing up eating some of the best Scandi foods, BBQ, and roasted meats.My German grandmother had 2 very large ones

If you don't want to use Sucralose, substitute the same amount of regular sugar.R2elk Thanks for the Cranberry Pie Recipe. I will NOT use the artificial sweetner....perhaps sub with honey.
I have diabetes. Honey is sugar, therefore it is not an acceptable sugar substitute. In my experience, honey does not cream well with butter or shortening.I am a health NUT and see benefits in Honey
