Any Home Bakers Here?

I used to nuke thinly sliced potatoes in the microwave to make oil free chips. It is beneficial to use a non-stick spray on the microwave safe plate.
I wonder how they fare in the air fryer. I suspect you need to get some oil on them to make them "right". One problem with deep frying is you have all that oil when you are done. Of course you can save it in a container in the refrigerator.
