Any Home Bakers Here?

Afternoon bakers. My old Nesco multi cooker died and I replaced it with an instant pot. Mostly because the IP pot isn’t non stick, which wasn’t the case with the Nesco.

Anyway, my mom told me I could bake a cake in it so I gave it a try. I did have to purchase a small Bundt pan, 6” and available on Amazon. We’ll see how it tastes, Made a banana glaze for it.

For the banana glaze, did you just use banana extract or what did you use? My DH loves banana-anything. Never thought to make a glaze.

I made a couple balls of pizza dough and a single batch of rolls. The pizza is for dinner. The rolls were to show I’m actually using a new bowl. CE4F679D-7D0D-44D8-9F90-8D8E9F204A6F.jpeg

For the past year I've been learning how to bake yeast breads here at home. It's been challenging and rewarding (when it all comes together right, lol).

Today for the 1st time I made up a Boule recipe and ran into a snag. Is there anyone here that's familiar with yeast breads? Since I'm here several times a day reading about chickens, it would be great to chat with others that also bake.

I love baking and cooking. I have had to fund new things I can bake. I am gluten free and dairy free. Which come people think would be hard but I have adapted alot of different recipes and they have all turned out good.
