First question. If someone (not me 😇 ) were to remove bread from the oven, let it cool completely, then cut into it to discover it’s still raw, how long would they return it to the oven for?
After you take the bread out of the oven, you kind of knock on the bottom of it, if it sounds hollow, it is done, if not , return to the oven for about 5 minutes and try again, if the „damage“ is already done, I would wet the surfache of the bread an return it to the preheated oven for at least 15 minutes, maybe even put an oven proof shallow bowl of water on the floor of the oven, not sure it would work, but better to try than just to tośs the bread

It depends on how raw the center of the bread is. I think returning it to the oven after cooling completely would not go well - the edges would probably get very overcooked and dry before the center was hot enough to cook more. If you did put it back in the oven, please let me know how it worked out.
If you have undercooked bread, you can slice it and fry the pieces individually in a frying pan on low to finish cooking it. Like making texas toast.
