In what way are you having problems?

For the last 3 to 4 months I have been having problems.
I am not told there is a message. Usually it comes in my email. It does not
come in my email always. AND for any computer guru.....I purchased this computer in 2018 and thinking of purchasing a new one. AND I am trying to
decide Apple or Windows? I hear Windows 10 and Windows 11 are having
problems. Any input would be great. I want an I Mac all in one. AT MY AGE
perhaps it will be difficult to LEARN>?

Aria,,,I am a Windows person,,,,,,, because I am out of reach of Apple prices. Well , not exactly,, out of reach,, but I have the Windows operating systems pretty down pact. All my stuff is Microsoft based, so switching to Apple would be a little bit of work. Bottom line,,, I do not justify Apple for my usage.
I know there are Apple peeps that would debate me. To each their own. :highfive:

As with ALL operating systems,, problems do arise. That is where updating your computer is important. It is usually set by Default to Auto Update..... but not always.

My opinion,, (personal) Windows 10 is probably better at this moment, compared to 11. It has been in the testing stage for many years now. There have been many FIXES updated to the original program. That is what I'm using now. I got used to it, after more than 10 years using Windows 7. That computer finally bit the dust.
I could be wrong here,,,, that is why I stated,, (personal opinion)

Aria,, if you can,, check to see if your computer's operating system is up to date with updates. ,, another thing to do is a Disc Cleanup. Computer will delete unnecessary files. Makes machine run smoother and faster.

Some of your issues you are having may :idunno be result of which browser you are using as well. And the particular setting it is set at.

Sounds like you hit the upgrade link instead of the update link. They should be able to reinstall Windows 10 for you.

Anyone recall how much sugar on Blackberry Jam
I'm sure you got your answer @pennyJo1960 but here is the Sure Jell recipe that came with the pectin. It says 7 cups of sugar and I don't know why the one picture is upside down, sorry!
