Any Home Bakers Here?

I make:

TURKEY HASH

Equal parts of turkey and potatoes, (cook the potatoes)
Onion
Celery
Turkey broth
Salt
Pepper
Sage, to your taste

In a large skillet saute the onion and celery.

Add the turkey and potatoes.

Salt, pepper, and sage to taste.

Add turkey broth to keep moisture.

When cooked long enough to combine the flavors it is ready to serve.

I usually serve with cranberry sauce.

Enjoy!!!!!
Thanks for the recipe!

Morning Home Bakers. Saw on a cooking show a recipe that I wanted to try.
Cut beets in sticks, soak about 20 minutes
Take chicken equal amount cut in bite size
Start a pan with oil to cover fritter heat
add to another bowl
1 large egg
4 tablespoon flour
salt and pepper to taste
add a bit more flour

They used a chopstick to mix the spoon of beet and chicken, add to oil.
I do hope someone can make this. I buy small beets would take 20 of them
to feed the three of us. :frow

I was gifted a bread machine and made a pan of cinnamon rolls using machine to mix dough. They were so wonderful. Fluffy and delish. I also made a lemon meringue pie for Thanksgiving QUESTION all : how do you cut the meringue and keep it pretty???
