Any Home Bakers Here?

For the past year I've been learning how to bake yeast breads here at home. It's been challenging and rewarding (when it all comes together right, lol).

Today for the 1st time I made up a Boule recipe and ran into a snag. Is there anyone here that's familiar with yeast breads? Since I'm here several times a day reading about chickens, it would be great to chat with others that also bake.

I got Pearl White Leghorns from McMurrays. I currently have 4 and am getting 4 eggs daily without supplying supplemental light or heat.
No pullets this June so no eggs for probably another 2 months. June pullets have always laid through their first winter for me.

My Legbar pullets normally don't lay during the winter. Amazingly one did lay on Thursday. Hopefully she will contribute again today.
