The sourdough pizza bread is happily culturing in the fridge. I see some small bubbles forming so the dough should do very well when baked.

I tried out a new doughnut recipe today and its amazing!

Sourdough discard recipe so they smelled great.

The recipe said to fry for a minute on each side, but mine were a bit smaller so I cooked for 30 seconds on each side.

I just did a basic chocolate ganache topping.

These were so light and very tasty. I liked that they were not as sweet as some recipes. I will be making them again! Doughnut Recipe

Did anyone else see this last night? Apparently, they spilled as far south as New Mexico.
