Morning Home Bakers. May make some hot crossed buns.

Did some serious baking for the Easter Holiday. I already posted recipes for these, so this is to wake your taste buds

Poppy seed cake

Cranberry cake

Another poppy seed cake,, Bread pan size.

Another poppy seed cake, but different layout. Bread pan size.

2 loaves of garlic enriched bread. 2 tablespoons of diced garlic rolled into each loaf. The small slits are done with scissors. This is a high hydration dough.. turned out very soft, and tasty.

Chocolate Chip Cookies. Made from scratch,, not ready to go freezer mix. Used an Ice-cream scoop,,, so cookies did turn out quite large. Used Tollhouse Chocolate Chips.

Assortment cut up into individual pieces on dessert table.

71°F here. Still lots of snow though.
