First time I have tried it taking cream cheese out to warm a bit make the frosting

I don’t know. Maybe you cook it the same way as a store turkey. I do plan on brining it, though.

Ah well we have a skillet center on the stove cooked them up a treat for the dogs.
Cake came out great frosting needs to warm I made butter frosting put it in the fridge.
