I’m going to make Hawaii toast today, got dog training ( Hoopers) and visitors ( oldest son is here with family) so I haven’t got a lot of time, if I find some spinach ( have to ask a friend) I might also make a toast with spinach egg and cheese, it looks nice and tastes great

The first thing that popped into my head was making muffin tops. Or round ice cubes.

Half round ice cubes, but yeah seems like that would work.
