I could go for some tuna casserole right now!

Afternoon everyone. Had issues with two cars, took up a lot of time to fix one of them. The other needs a lot of work.

I also almost got rear ended by what I am pretty sure was a drunk driver. He was doing a lot of weird and very dangerous stuff with his car. We ended up calling the sheriff.

Eventful day today. I need dinner.
Glad you are safe, Jared! Sleepy drivers and diabetic drivers can behave in much the same way as intoxicated ones. You did well to call authorities. Sometimes the safest thing to do is pull off the road and let the unsafe driver pass you by, then keep a safe distance behind them. I once did that when I saw an erratic driver and several miles farther on, sure enough, there they were upside down in the median under a plume of dust - this was in the middle of the day in the desert near Albuquerque. I did not stop because three or four cars had already pulled over to assist.

I found a 100% alcohol with peanut butte in it, and it is very good.
You know that 100% alcohol is not possible. 95% is as strong as it gets. It is hygroscopic and starts gaining water as soon as it's opened.

100 proof is very possible. 100 proof is 50% alcohol. 190 proof is 95% alcohol.

Our ducks finally started laying this week, they are my husband's special project, so he is very happy.
I made some buttermilk biscuits to go with his duck egg breakfast this morning.
Later I'm making scones and lemon curd for bible study, and I have a loaf of basil sourdough waiting to go in the oven.
Nice. We had Call Ducks years ago. And they did not lay for us.
