There are 2 dozen cookie balls in the freezer. The plan is to freeze regular chocolate chip cookie dough, plus a variety of the small marble cakes and a neighborhood girl’s favorite scones. She has a tough deck of cards, so this might help when school starts.

How very nice of you Bull. I stayed in after cleaning the tables.
Did make these today.
Not baking.

That is a good plan!

I was making chocolate chip cookies, but the monster in the dark bedroom called me in, and handed me back the trash from her lunch, and the jar of pb. It was in my hand anyway, so I put a huge glob in the mixing bowl (about 1/2 C ), and added 3/4 C more flour.

I was going to add some guinea pig pups to the picture, but I don’t want them adding their own chips.
Yum, BullChick, those look delicious! Since I taught GirlChild to make cookies, she's usually the one that does it. I haven't made any in a while. We often make a double batch and put half in the freezer. Sometimes I use the Toll House recipe and put in chopped pecans and chopped dates instead of choc chips. Those are really good too.

Nice Idea. I always bake cookies that are good keepers ...make a large couple of
batches and ALWAYS have cookies in two cookie jars. Works for me. Comany
loves tea and cookies. Having company tomorrow.

My Oldest DD came for a visit. After dinner, I baked some mocha cappuccino and some oatmeal cookies with chopped apricots from frozen rounds.

My Three year old Grand Daughter took one bite of the Mocha cookies and said MMM! Yum Yum!

The recipe is in the index.
