I getting things ready to bake: Feed Genesis, and get Sourdough ready tonight
and will be baking Sourdough Multigreain Seeded Bread....my daughter is
visiting SUNDAY. BAKE SATURDAY. All set. And of course one loaf is for me.

I got 3 eggs today! YAY! The new girls are starting to lay, and I think that one of the 3 yo hens has started back up too. So that means...

I don't have to buy eggs anymore!

What to do with those store bought eggs? Make a loaf of GF bread. Tomorrow.

I got three eggs yesterday too! That is not bad for 8 hens in the winter.

The plan today is some chocolate chip cookies with my son, then he wants to also make brownies with my DW while the oven is still hot. We might also do some snickerdoodles as well.

Sounds yummy. I just mixed two loaves of Sourdough Multigrain Seeded Bread.

Classic gingerbread weekend! Half crisp, half soft.

Also, found out I'm getting a bread machine from my mother and... I'm SO excited! Not that I'll stop doing it all the usual way when I want that good crust and fancy design, but I haven't had time to bake much lately and really miss my fresh bread.

Any tips from you all on getting the most out of this thing? Best recipes?
