Advent is almost over! I can't believe Christmas is in 5 days. I need to hurry and finish getting presents...

Ok, now I gotta go see what 1-1/4 teaspoons of table salt weighs. I have a kitchen scale that weighs grams, but I'm not sure how accurate it is at that end of the scale.

1 teaspoon, 7 grams. Add on 1/4 t, and it thought about it for a few seconds, then changed to 9 grams.

Interesting....

My bread recipe calls for 12G of sea salt. That is close to two teaspoons

I had an order for three pans of dinner rolls. The pan on the left got sesame seeds. The middle got the tops brushed with garlic butter, and the one on the right is brushed on top with honey butter. Hope the customer likes! Tomorrow I'll be making 4 pans of cinnamon rolls. Here is a finished pan:

I think I need to make them smaller so they don't end up so crowded when they rise. But they were certainly yummy!
