We had had 3 days of high 60-70 weather like Indian summer and then tomorrow Back to 40-50 so changing.

I really wish I could have gone through Cooperstown, New York yesterday. I remember how awesome it always was in the fall. It was pretty here, but I know it’s stunning in NY.

I’ve had a rough day. I would rather not talk about it.

On a sidenote, I’ve been getting a lot of eggs. This surprises me, because I thought they were supposed to slow down in the fall.

27 eggs total.

I need ideas, what can I do with a lot of eggs? I’ve made quiche, I’ve made eggnog, and I’ll gladly make them again. However, I’m looking for more ideas.

Consider Challah Egg Twist bread.
If you like coffee cake style pastry,, those all use eggs in different amounts.
