I have not posted in a while, I’ve been extremely busy getting ready for winter.

Here’s an example, i’ve been playing Paul Bunyan a lot today.

Have you considered using scissors and cut neat designs???
I have a designated pair I use only for baking adventures.

Are they sharp enough? I tried a regular knife, and couldn’t cut the dough, now I use a razor blade

The scissors do not need to be very sharp. They cut easily by grabbing the dough from opposing directions, and snip it.
