Any Home Bakers Here?

Well, we had mashed potatoes two or three nights ago, but I could make some more.
Consider diced potatoes like I often make. Use your imagination on the seasonings. I fried these in Olive oil. Not very much needed.
The pink things is a diced red onion.

OK guys, I need some advice for Thanksgiving.

We usually make this recipe on Thanksgiving for everyone.

This time, we’re gonna have around 18 people at our house. I’m gonna need to make a lot of gravy. This recipe doesn’t make much, and I’ve only got one set of duck giblets.

I need an opinion, do you think I need more giblets to feed everybody this gravy on Thanksgiving?

Never mind, I figured it out. I’m definitely gonna need more giblets if I’m going to make enough gravy for everybody.

That means I have to go out and shoot more ducks.

Not necessarily. You can increase the amount of gravy you are making by adding either beef or chicken bouillon cubes and increasing the amount of water.

You have a good point. After all, this time of year for my area it is hard to waterfowl hunt. There’s no guarantee you’ll get anything in a day. The most I have shot in a single day here is one.

Thank you for pointing that out.

If you want to use giblets, as far as I know both turkey and chicken giblets are available in grocery stores.
