Any Home Bakers Here?

I haven’t been on in a while. I owe an explanation.

Because of the change of seasons, it affected one of my antidepressants, making me very depressed. I had to go to my doctor and get a new dosage. I was depressed for two weeks.

Anyway, I’m a lot better now. I’m still pretty busy with work, though. However, people enjoy it when I bring in these really good looking meals for lunch.

I brought in sushi once, I brought in the kitty litter cake, and everything is a big hit so far. I think next time I’m gonna bring in cinnamon rolls. After that, maybe paella.

My supervisor even said that it looks like it’s restaurant quality food!

Anyway, I’m having breakfast right now. Eggs in a hole.

My supervisor and my coworkers want me to bring in Spanish Paella next week. I’ve already posted the recipe, but here’s a picture in case anyone forgot what it looks like.

Next time I need to put something in the center for a garnish. That’s what my grandfather who’s a master cook recommended.

Still trying to figure out what to put there. Maybe half a lemon? Some parsley? I don’t know, but I need to figure it out.

Lemon wedges are a good idea!
 
I made grownies today. It's another grey, rainy day. A good day for baking, that's for sure.
We are heating up today but will go back down to the 80s for highs. We start going back up next week with the 30th at 104F for a high.

Baking is in the morning to save on hvac costs.
