Any Home Bakers Here?

Good morning, All! I'm also dealing with leftovers today. I make frozen dinners in divided plates with lids that include vegetables and some ham. The remaining ham will go into the freezer in small bags to use as seasoning or added to other things for casseroles. The ham bone will make bone broth and a pot of bean soup. We are blessed to have so much food!
 
Tonight I'm doing breakfast bowls again. The children really liked it, and it's easy! We are doing hashbrown cubes with peppers an onions, mix in our chicken eggs and top with cheese. I think I'm going to get some homemade applesauce going as well. You can't beat homemade applesauce!
 
Interesting, I wonder why ham and not goose is the favorite?! Ham I can have every day, so it is nothing special here…
I did not see Goose for sale here so access may be a resason
