Today was Day 2 of Christmas ham, still enjoying it, but decided to prepare the rest of the leftovers for freezing tomorrow.

I got out two of my new glass freezer containers, wax paper, and my Turbo Chopper!

I layered the larger slices of ham in one of the containers, wax paper between the layers so they don't stick together once frozen. Then I chopped the remaining bits and pieces of ham in the processor, and added it to the second container. I used wax paper between the layers of the chopped ham as well, so I don't have to thaw the entire amount to use just a little.

And here's a future dinner for me, prior to freezing:

I'm liking these containers.

I put a lot of work into this dish, and I feel like you guys are laughing at me for it.

I won’t talk right now. I need to step back and take a breather.
They may be laughing about an ingredient. They are not laughing at you.

First of all, I am not laughing, 2. I wasn’t sure if it was just a name or real frog legs, quite an unusual dish here, and more known in the french cuisine 🤔 I think some were laughing at the comic ( me not laughing, either)
Many people like chicken „wings“ or chicken „thighs“, so why should it be a laughing matter?
