Any Home Bakers Here?

Two weeks. :lau:lau:lau
I ration it. :p It's all sliced up into individual servings and ziplock baggied. If I don't, I'll put a whole loaf down in a day without even thinking about it. That's... not good for my tummy or my diet. :p
 
I'd have to wrap them up and put them in the freezer. And not right on the top, either!
Exactly. There's a few slices in the fridge, the rest is in the garage freezer. I'll pull out a couple at a time and let them thaw in the fridge.
 
Yeah, that's what I'd have to do.

When I make grownies, I can make them last because those things are DENSE. I cut a 9x13 pan into 12 pieces and store them in the fridge. They're pretty big pieces, so one piece is a breakfast or mid-morning or afternoon snack.
Yeah this loaf is dense and rich. One slice is plenty.
