Any Home Bakers Here?

OK, I owe you all an explanation.

We don’t know what happened, for some reason I’ve been getting extreme unstable mentally. I got to the point where I had to go to the hospital. I’m all right now, I’ve been prescribed a medication that should help.

Let’s just say there were a lot of self harm thoughts and I was unable to stop these thoughts despite my best efforts. It’s a very complicated situation, and that’s the easiest way I can put it.
I am hoping for the best!

Morning Home Bakers never had chia seeds.
pennyJo, They are a very healthy seed. Highly recoommended
I use them once in a while. I have some now soaking in water..in refrigerator and
take a sip once in a while.

Here it is end of March and we are now having snow flurries.
People call March weather around here...CRAZY.

Nor have I and I have no desire to try them.
Well, I baked a Chia bread when I had friends over to visit, at first, they just wanted a taste, after they tried it, they ate 2 slices each 😉 i started consuming them years ago, after I read they contain something which is good for your eyes, since I lost in the good eye lottery, I try to do everything good I can for my eyes 🙏🏻

I am not trying to discourage its use. I simply have no interest in it.

I make my weekly breakfast toast bread loaf in the bread machine for me, but I find the artisinal shaped oven baked loaves sell better at my farm stand. But Id like to start sticking with one shape so the question is do I go with batard or rounds? I dont do sourdough I do crusty French breads. Batard makes easier/uniform sandwhich and toast slices but the round loaves are prettier are better for dinner bread.

What are everyone's opinions in here? Oblong batard or round? or even baguettes? I suppose I could keep 2 shapes if its a toss up but dont want to add too much extra work on bake day.

My daughter sells her sourdough bread at the farmer's market, and her round loaves usually sell well. She did the standard bread loaf looking bread before and it didn't sell. I say sell what is the most profitable!
