any idea what is causing this condition?

How old is the chicken? Is she laying eggs? The dropping appears bright yellow which can be a sign of reproductive infection or liver disease. I cannot make out the bottom of her lower belly very well. Is there any wound or any swelling? Do you have a vet who could see her?

She is about 4 years old, not sure if she is laying eggs. I might isolate her to make sure she has access to food and water. its the third evening, I find her lying on the ground in corner of the coop. I don’t see any visible sign of infection. Not sure what to do. maybe A visit to the vet.....
