It's actually Rhode Island, not Road Island There are two breeds, Rhode Island Reds and Rhode Island Whites, and as their names would imply they only come in red and white respectively.

Yours may just be a mixed breed (which is what a black sex link is anyways, it's a mix made to get specific colored offspring). It would be hard to say what she's a mix of.

I see nothing that would make me think it has Rhode island red in its mix but that's the problem with random mix breeds.
Unless there's a unique feature you can never know what's in their background.

Well I'll still going to say road because it doesn't matter to me as long as the sound comes out right. I ride a motorcycle and I without fail will mix up road, rode or Rhode. If I had to take a test I would have chosen the correct word but when I'm just typing it doesn't really matter to me lol someone corrected me once because I didn't add the red at the end.

Awwww she's going to be so beautiful when she's older... I hope the medicine she's taking now helps her. She's getting a lot better health wise since the vet visit
