Baytril (enrofloxacin) is probably the best antibiotic for a reproductive infection, since it treats E.coli, mycoplasma, and other possible bacteria that cause those infections. But it is banned by the FDA for use in chickens in the US due to the possibility of causing antibiotic resistant bacteria. Some people and some vets still prescribe it if you do not plan to eat the eggs or the meat. It is sold here for $23 plus shipping, and dosage is 0.05 ml per pound—0.25 ml or 1/4 ml for a 5 pound hen given orally twice a day for 5-6 days:

For easier dosage, get a free 1 ml syringe from Walmart or other pharmacy, which is used to give infants medication.
