Yes im pretty sure they are girls 16 weeks old and no comb out yet.i only thought boys because of facing off each other with neck feathers flared up.i only saw it once

Pullets will flare at each other when having heated discussions over territory, food and so forth. I've seen them jump up and flog each other like roosters.
 
The rooster is a sex link red dad white mother - usally rhode island red over leghorn.
The two hens look like a cross of Sumatra with those dark faces ,the red leakage on one wants me to say black sex link.
