Any ideas for keeping ducks out of chickens water

I don't like the nipples so much, what cups do you mean?
They attach to a bucket or pipe water system similar to the nipples, just a different style. Potentially less spillage, I think? I snagged this screenshot off of google for you.
Good luck with your sweet duckies and chickens! I hope you find a perfect solution.

what about using something like....
https://www.chewy.com/iris-6-panel-plastic-exercise-dog/dp/231870

Its a small dog play pen, tall enough for ducks to not hop over, and short enough for chickens to hop over. Can add their dust bath and water and keep it from being mud and mud.
That was perfect except I bought the smaller 4 panel and not the 6. I will have to devise some way for the chickens to get over or through the doorway...but it's a start..and I got one on Amazon for $31 with free shipping.

Thanks for seeing that!

Right now I use bar holders across the lean-to door and 1x4's to keep the ducks out of the lean-to.

Ok some pictures

So I bought one of these and evidently a LOT of people read the post and decided to try it and then Walmart lost mine, now they have tripled in price and are hard to find. uggggh
I have one on order from Amazon with a date of Aug 31st which normally means they sold the one I purchased accidentally and I will never get it. ☹
